It is nice to be able to charge them, although I don’t know how long the batteries will last. They are not user replaceable (not that I can tell, anyway).Headlight – The light is very bright and has a reasonbly focused beam. The unit is made out of some pretty sturdy metal and is hefty (not too heavy, but not super light). The power button lights up when it’s turned on, so that’s a nice touch. The button can be a little hard to press over rougher terrain, so it’s best turn it on and leave it on. The charge port is right below the power button, which makes the power button a bit small. The attachment is nice. The large flat band stretches and stays in place. The light can be twisted on and off of the mounting ring to prevent theft.Tail Light – I wish the rear light attached with more than a heavy duty stretchy circular band, but it seems to work. I wonder about the longevity of this attachment type. I wish it incorporated a similar flat band and locking mechanism like the headlight. The tail light is highly visible from behind as well as 90 degrees from the side as the rear 1/8″ or so lights up via a diffuser.I would buy this product again.
