Update 8/22/2016:The company rep emailed me back within a business day that they’d ship me another step stool, and later provided UPS tracking number. The new replacement arrived in 1 week. This time, I’ll drill a hole above the oval cutout for hanging to avoid the handle breaking off again, but otherwise still give this stool–and now also the company–5 stars.—Update 7/1/2016:After ~9 months of occasional use, the step stool has cracked at the base of the handle, rendering this step stool unusable. The company has a “limited lifetime warranty,” so I’ve sent them an email, and will update once I receive a response.—Perfect height for my 1.5 and 3-yo toddlers to reach their twin bathroom sinks. Also great in the kitchen for accessing the upper cabinets. So great, I’ve purchased three.Easily folds flat by simply pulling up on the top-center handle. Very lightweight, but sturdy. The one in my kitchen hangs out of the way on a medium 3M Command Hook under the island.The only issue is the bottom rubber grip inserts tend to fall off. If you buy this, the first thing you should do is pull the bottom rubber grips out, put a dab of glue (Weldbond. Elmers, etc.) in each of the slots and re-insert the rubber grips. Also, the sides do not lock, but I haven’t had any problems while standing on it.
