I spent 80% of my career on my knees on concrete, often times for 6 hours a day week after week grinding concrete and these are like kneeling on pillows. Besides the general soreness from being on your knees you won’t feel any knee pain. The hard plastic exterior makes it great for sliding as well with ease. Mine are covered in all types of epoxy and other material. I’ve had them for five years now with no issues besides one of the small pieces coming undone from the buckle, but it’s time to replace them anyway.
