This made biscuit recipes so much easier. My hands can’t tolerate using two butter knives to cut in butter but I can use this. AND it’s dishwasher safe! I just have to get the dough out from between the blades but I can shake it off or poke it out. If I want to I can run a dish brush over the blades to get out the smaller bits and then I just toss this into the top rack of my dishwasher.
